One of our clients is seeking a Residential House Manager to provide service in Annapolis, MD. HOURS- All shifts available
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Oversee the residential aids and check on their work
- Travel from house to house ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Train new incoming Residential Aides
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the individuals being supported
- Prep meals for individuals being supported
- Provide companionship on outings and activities for individuals
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working in related field
- Clean Slate Background Check
- Valid Driver's License, and clean driving record
- Ability to motivate staff and work collaboratively with staff from other programs to provide the most beneficial services to clients
- Excellent oral, writing and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and initiate actions to support the efforts of the staff and clients
- Ability to relate with clients and all levels of staff
