Regional Manager- Maryland (Lease-Up Experience Required) We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a growing portfolio of lease-up communities in Maryland.

Integrity Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Lead the operational strategy and execution for multiple lease-up communities. Develop and manage leasing, occupancy, revenue, and stabilization plans. Recruit, train, and support high-performing onsite teams. Partner with Marketing to drive traffic, lead conversion, brand awareness, and leasing velocity. Monitor property performance, budgets, financial results, and competitive market conditions. Maintain strong communication with executive leadership and internal support departments. Oversee operational readiness, including staffing, systems, policies, vendor relationships, and resident experience. Provide direct support and accountability with onsite leadership throughout each phase of the lease-up. Ensure compliance with company standards and all applicable affordable housing requirements for mixed-income communities. Support future portfolio growth and the onboarding of additional properties.Qualifications:
✅ Qualifications Prior multifamily lease-up experience is required. Minimum of five years of progressive multifamily property management experience. Regional, multi-site, or comparable senior operational leadership experience strongly preferred. Experience with conventional and mixed-income or affordable housing communities preferred. Proven success building teams, achieving occupancy goals, and stabilizing new developments. Strong financial, operational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to travel regularly between Baltimore, Silver Spring, and future portfolio locations. Working knowledge of multifamily property management systems and performance reporting tools.
