Job Description

Seeking a Dedicated Property Manager Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate? Northeast Real Estate Management is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will participate in the daily operations of a diverse portfolio of rental properties, ensuring financial goals are met while providing exceptional service to both property owners and tenants. This is a hands-on position that requires a balanced approach to management, finance, and tenant relations.
Key Responsibilities Financial Management:
Collect rent, manage late notices, and oversee all property expenditures to stay within budget.
Tenant & Leasing Relations:
Handle all aspects of the tenant lifecycle, from advertising and screening new applicants to managing complaints, lease agreements, and move-out inspections. You will also conduct routine property inspections. Qualifications A background in property management, real estate, or a related field is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and financial management abilities. A solid understanding of rental contracts, fair housing laws, and local property regulations.
