Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front of House (FOH) Help at our vibrant restaurant location. In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face for guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they walk in. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly customer service throughout their visit Take and process orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist with food and beverage preparation, including serving drinks and light meal assembly when needed Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in all front-of-house areas Support host/hostess duties by managing reservations, seating arrangements, and phone etiquette Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory Strong communication skills with an emphasis on in-person customer service and phone etiquette Ability to perform basic math for order processing and cash handling tasks Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on creating welcoming atmospheres.
