We provide supportive, person-centered services that promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion. Our Community Living Supports (CLS) program provides in-home and community-based services that promote autonomy, inclusion, and dignity for individuals across Macomb County. The Program Manager - Community Living Supports (CLS) is responsible for overseeing the delivery, quality, and compliance of CLS services for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role includes supervising direct support staff, coordinating services based on Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), ensuring compliance with Macomb County Community Mental Health (MCCMH) and Medicaid standards, and serving as a liaison between clients, families, and stakeholders. Minimum Level of Education, Training, and Experience At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or program management experience, ideally within a human services setting. Strong knowledge of Michigan Medicaid CLS services, MCCMH standards and Person-Centered Planning. Experience with behavioral health documentation and compliance. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with compassion and professionalism. Proficient in electronic documentation, Microsoft Office, and AFC documentation standards. Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation; local travel required.
