The Liberty Group is hiring an experienced Apartment Community Manager for an immediate opportunity. This is a great fit for someone with apartment management experience who enjoys leading a team, supporting residents, improving occupancy, and keeping the property running smoothly. Candidates with luxury, lease-up, rehab, tax credit, or affordable housing experience are encouraged to apply. We are also open to experienced property management professionals who have stepped away from the industry and are looking to return. What You'll Do Manage daily apartment community operations Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy, and resident relations Lead and support on-site staff Coordinate vendors, maintenance, repairs, and property needs Conduct property walks and inspections Monitor budgets, expenses, delinquency, and property performance Handle resident concerns professionally and quickly Support marketing efforts to increase traffic and occupancy Ensure Fair Housing and company policy compliance What We're Looking For 2+ years of apartment community management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with leasing, renewals, residents, vendors, and on-site teams Property management software experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends as needed Experience That's a Plus Luxury communities Lease-ups Rehab or renovation communities Tax credit / affordable housing Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, Entrata, or MRI Why Apply?
