Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

" Regional Transitions Manager to join our corporate team. Ideal candidate will lead the onboarding and integration of newly acquired apartment communities across a multi-state region. The Regional Transitions Manager takes ownership of each property from the day of closing through stabilization — setting up staffing, systems, vendors, and operating procedures, identifying and mitigating operational and physical risk at the asset, and transferring a fully functioning community to the ongoing regional operations team. This role requires approximately 75% travel. Ideal candidate will have the preferred skills and experience: Demonstrated risk management experience — identifying operational, physical, and liability exposure at multifamily assets and driving remediation to closure. Proven ability to take over and stabilize underperforming or newly acquired properties. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines under compressed transition timelines. Leadership skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with unfamiliar teams. Why come work for us? Approximately 75% travel, including overnight stays and extended assignments at acquisition sites. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, and standing, walking, and meeting with your teams. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather. Must be able to travel by automobile and plane.
