This role is essential to keeping daily office functions organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and field staff Manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks (invoicing, payments, reconciliations) Maintain accurate records for construction projects and rental properties Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets as needed Execute and keep meticulous record of bank transactions Head-up tenant communications, leases, and property-related documentation Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and ordering supplies Occasionally run local errands related to company operations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience Proven proficient experience using QuickBooks Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Strong organizational and time-management skills Able to multi-task while staying organized Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Experience in construction or property management is a plus, but not required
