Job Description
Shift Supervisor (Full-Time) - Residential Behavioral Health Summit Program | Girls Ages 12-17 | Specialized program for youth healing from substance use Why Wedgwood? Since 1960, Wedgwood Christian Services has been dedicated to boldly taking on the toughest mental health and behavioral health problems in West Michigan. We serve children, teens, families, and adults through residential care, counseling services, and community programs. Lead a Trauma-Informed Residential Treatment Team We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to provide direct care within our residential behavioral health program serving adolescent co-ed youth (ages 12-17). Many of the youth in our Summit Program have never experienced consistent safety or stability. As a Shift Supervisor, you will show up daily as a stable, caring adult — helping youth build resilience, practice emotional regulation, and envision a future beyond trauma. As a Shift Supervisor, you will serve as both a mentor to youth and a leader to staff—ensuring consistency in care, guiding daily operations, and supporting a therapeutic environment grounded in trauma-informed practices. You will play a critical role in maintaining structure, coaching staff, and ensuring high-quality care on every shift.
