Step into a stable, family-owned electrical team serving residential customers across White Lake, Michigan, with occasional light commercial work and a culture that values hands-on leadership. In this Residential Electrical Journeyman Supervisor opportunity, you'll oversee a small group of electricians and apprentices while staying active in the field and supporting estimates and day-to-day coordination. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Electrical Journeyman Supervisor position include: At least two years of field experience as a licensed journeyman electrician Active Michigan journeyman electrician license Supervisor or team-lead experience, including training and mentoring apprentices Residential electrical expertise, with comfort supervising both residential and light commercial projects Ability to prepare residential electrical estimates Primarily field-based work with some office and administrative responsibilities Strong communication and customer-service skills Use of SteelEdge CRM; company will train
Salary:
$75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits:
