Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and motivate your team Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant Oversee daily opening, closing, and operational procedures Manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance Train and develop new and existing employees Monitor sales, labor, food quality, and operational goals Help create a fun and positive team environment Maintain company standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service Identify opportunities to improve the business and drive results What Makes a Great GM?
