Part-Time Mobile Home Park Property Manager Albert Lea, MN | On-Site Position | Housing Included in Salary We are looking for a dependable and personable Part-Time Property Manager for a mobile home community in Albert Lea, MN. This position is ideal for someone seeking a flexible, part time position with onsite house provided. The Property Manager must live on-site in the community. There is no traditional set schedule, allowing for flexibility based on the needs of the property. Compensation On-site housing included in compensation package Bonuses available for home sales Opportunity for additional compensation for candidates with maintenance, repair, skid steer operation, or renovation skills Paid time off (10 days) Property Management Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Leasing available homes and assisting with home sales Occasional collection of payments and posting of notices Serving as a key holder for the property Opening and closing the community storm shelter when necessary Helping enforce community rules fairly and consistently Coordinating and scheduling contractors Taking property photos and videos as requested Regularly walking the community and keeping an eye on property conditions Conducting rental unit inspections Maintaining frequent communication with the property owner Keeping an organized running task list and completing assigned items in a timely manner Additional Paid Work Candidates with maintenance or handyman experience may have the opportunity to take on additional paid responsibilities, including: Mowing and basic landscaping Plumbing Painting General maintenance and repairs House cleaning Home repairs and renovations Skid steer operation Compensation can be negotiated based on the level of maintenance experience and additional responsibilities taken on. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Honest, trustworthy, and dependable Friendly and customer-service oriented Fair and comfortable enforcing community rules A strong communicator with good conflict-management skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Organized and able to keep track of ongoing tasks Comfortable using a smartphone and computer Responsive and able to communicate regularly with the property owner Background check required.
