Looking to advance your human services career in a foster care residential setting? Want to be part of a home that is structured, supportive, trauma-informed, and child-centered? Our mission is to provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where children in foster care can heal, grow, and reach their full potential. We are seeking a House Lead (Designated Coordinator) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our foster home located in Annandale, MN. This role provides leadership within the home, coordinates care and services for children placed in the home, and ensures compliance with Minnesota foster care licensing requirements. House Lead (Designated Coordinator) Responsibilities Oversight of daily home operations and service delivery including: Coordination of medical, dental, therapy, and school appointments Medication administration and documentation (when applicable) Meal planning and preparation Transportation to appointments, school, and activities Household maintenance, cleanliness, and organization Maintaining household supplies and groceries Ensure consistent structure, routines, and expectations within the home Coordination of staff scheduling (if applicable) to ensure consistent supervision and care Ongoing quality assurance to ensure compliance with foster care licensing standards, policies, and procedures Provide direct care, supervision, and support to children in foster care, including assistance with daily living skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral supports Utilize trauma-informed, strength-based, and child-centered approaches in daily interactions Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, incident reports, progress notes, and communication records Communicate and collaborate with: County caseworkers Guardians ad litem Therapists, teachers, and medical providers Families when appropriate and approved Serve as the primary point of contact and emergency contact for the foster home Respond to crises and emergencies following established protocols Support licensing activities, inspections, and required reporting Model professionalism, accountability, and positive role modeling within the home House Lead (Designated Coordinator) Schedule /
Compensation Schedule:
7am - 3pm May include on-call responsibilities based on the needs of the children

($22 - $25) RequirementsHouse Lead (Designated Coordinator)
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children, adolescents, or families in foster care, human services, education, or related fields Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass required background checks and meet Minnesota foster care licensing standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Supervisory or lead experience in a residential, foster care, or human services setting Training or experience in trauma-informed care Experience working with children with behavioral, emotional, or mental health needs CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
