Job Description

Site Manager/Caretaker sought for lovely 50-unit property in Chaska. Individual or team (one home days). Apartment and salary provided. Duties include leasing, rent collection, customer service, cleaning common areas and hallways, light maintenance, grounds and snow shoveling. Some nights and weekends required for move-ins or rent collection. 20-30 hours per week. Excellent opportunity! Quiet, well cared-for property.
