We are seeking a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager to join our Housing Department. This role serves as a key connection between tenants, vendors, contractors, and team members, helping ensure our properties are well-managed and our tenants have a safe place to call home. At MMCDC, housing is more than just buildings. Our work helps individuals and families find stability, maintain housing, and create opportunities to prosper. As part of our team, you'll make a meaningful impact while building valuable professional skills in property management, housing programs, customer service, compliance, and project coordination. What You'll Do Communicate regularly with tenants, applicants, vendors, and contractors Show available properties and assist with move-ins and move-outs Coordinate maintenance requests and property repairs Maintain accurate records and documentation Enforce lease requirements and property regulations Work closely with teammates to ensure quality housing services Respond to tenant concerns and help identify solutions Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and compliance requirements What We're Looking For Two years of professional work experience Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with diverse populations Housing or property management experience is a plus but not required Why MMCDC?
