Lead, mentor, and direct property staff through effective training, scheduling, and daily workflow management
Deliver exceptional, culturally responsive customer service to maintain strong resident relations and retention
Monitor property accounts receivables, control operational expenses, and optimize net operating income
Oversee site maintenance, monitor open work orders, coordinate vendor service contracts, and conduct routine property inspections
Execute strategic leasing and marketing plans to achieve and maintain target occupancy goals
Ensure full compliance with affordable housing guidelines, company policies, and property performance standards Requirements of the temporary property manager:
Proven track record in property management, site leadership, or related real estate business operations
Exceptional interpersonal and intercultural communication skills with a resident-first service orientation
Strong supervisory leadership capabilities with experience driving team performance and staff growth
Demonstrated background in operating budgets, financial reporting, and expense management
