Incentive Compensation:
Eligible for quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to goals and annual performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities Financial Performance:
Manage property budgets, drive revenue, control operating expenses, and optimize net operating income (NOI) to meet target financial goals.
Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program requirements, Fair Housing regulations, local housing ordinances, and company policies.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and mentor onsite administrative and maintenance staff, as well as contract vendors, ensuring performance standards and safety policies are followed.
Occupancy & Marketing:

Operations & Maintenance:

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Licensing:
Valid Driver's License and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
Technical Skills:
