Job Description

Gershman Commercial Real Estate has an immediate opening for a part-time on-site Property Administrator in our Clayton office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Property Management team, including but not limited to document preparation, filing and phone support Maintain tenant, vendor, and property files, including certificates of insurance Prepare and distribute work orders; perform follow up and close-out Coordinate with maintenance personnel, construction team, and vendors to resolve day-to-day property issues Code invoices for manager approval Prepare various documents including service agreements and tenant memos Communicate building notices, operational updates, maintenance schedules, and emergency information to tenants. Initiate rent collection calls and correspondence Manage conference room calendar/reservations Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, cleanliness, security, and operational issues. Track work orders, service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor performance. Maintain awareness of building security and emergency procedures Other general administrative duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED equivalent; Associates or Bachelors' degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook Commercial Real Estate industry experience preferred, but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organization and time management abilities Notary certification a plus
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week Ability to
