Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Property Assistant/Lead to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee property operations, manage leasing activities, and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, property management experience, and a passion for creating positive tenant relationships. Duties Assist in managing lease or rental agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards Oversee property maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to maintain optimal property condition Utilize property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite for data entry, reporting, and record keeping Handle client communication with professionalism, addressing inquiries related to leasing, rent payments, and maintenance requests Support budgeting processes by tracking expenses and assisting with financial reports Manage conflict resolution between tenants or vendors using effective conflict management techniques Hands-on Building Repairs, Daily Operations, Unit Audits, Move ins/Out, tours. Skills Proficiency in property management software including Yardi, OneSite, and LIHTC systems Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations Experience with legal administrative procedures related to property leasing and management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell or promote additional services when appropriate Effective team management capabilities with experience supervising staff or vendors Skilled in negotiation, client communication, and conflict resolution Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily administrative tasks Knowledge of property maintenance practices and facilities management principles Ability to handle data entry, filing, and phone etiquette professionally Join us at Cubework to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in property management.
