Job Description

Overview The Building Supervisor has the primary responsibility of managing day-to-day operations that include, but are not limited to, programs, events, and physical facilities. The Building Supervisor will serve as Manager on Duty as needed to support venue operations in the absence of senior leadership. This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.00 - $19.00.

Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day operations that include, but are not limited to, programs, events, and physical facilities. Serve as Manager on Duty as needed to support venue operations in the absence of management. Execute policies and procedures professionally and accurately. Use Sparx machines to sharpen skates. Sell items in Hockey Pro Shop. Supervision of CSR and janitorial employees. Immediate and complete reporting of all liability issues. Communicate professionally and clearly with team members. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the facility. Act as crowd control manager as needed. Monitor assigned events at Centene Community Ice Center and Saint Louis Music Park, as they interface with other events and activities scheduled in the venues. Research and resolve customer service issues. Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal and external clients. Exemplify the CCIC and OVG customer service principles. Assist and perform other administrative duties as assigned and needed. Qualifications High school diploma or
GED. 2-3
years of previous experience in a supervisory capacity at a similar venue highly desired. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on events, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent customer service. Ability to follow basic instruction and direction.
