Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Residential Program Manager to lead and oversee our long-term care facilities dedicated to senior living and specialized memory care. Duties Oversee the daily operations of residential care facilities, ensuring high standards of resident care and safety Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents' specific needs, including memory care and disability services Supervise and manage care facility teams, including nursing staff, caregivers, and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and licensing requirements across all facility activities Manage healthcare financials, including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency Oversee medication administration processes in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices Maintain detailed documentation related to resident care, staff performance, incident reports, and regulatory audits Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, track performance metrics, and facilitate communication among team members Lead initiatives to improve resident satisfaction through quality improvement programs and innovative care strategies Coordinate with external agencies for disability services support and community outreach programs Experience Proven management experience within nursing homes or assisted living facilities with a focus on senior or memory care populations Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, healthcare policies, and compliance standards Demonstrated leadership in supervising multidisciplinary teams within residential or healthcare settings Strong background in nursing leadership or nursing home administration with familiarity in medication administration and resident safety protocols Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or complex health conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease Proficiency in managing healthcare financials including budgeting, financial management, and resource planning Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for reporting and administrative tasks Prior experience in home & community care services or group home environments is highly desirable Ability to navigate regulatory environments effectively while maintaining compassionate resident-centered care Join us as a Residential Program Manager to lead with purpose—empowering your team to deliver exceptional care while creating a warm, safe haven for our residents.
