Job Description

Our company has an opening for a Community Manager in Monett, Neosho and Mt Vernon. The Community Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all entities within established financial guidelines and budget, ensuring the property meets established standards, maintaining occupancy at exceptional levels, reviewing delinquent accounts and taking required action, responding to resident requests in a timely, efficient and courteous manner. Travel from Republic to Springfield, mileage paid.
Qualification Preferences:
  • Preferred experience in property management (LIHTC Section 42 Program a plus), social services, customer service
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local fair housing regulations
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Solid budgetary, computer, and communications skills
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience with property management software.
  • Passion for people - while providing a safe & desirable place to call home.
