The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with dementia and possess strong skills in personal care, housekeeping, and cooking. This role requires a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain an organized and flexible schedule. Responsibilities Assist clients with dementia by providing patient and understanding care tailored to their needs. Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition. Adhere to a flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients. Drive clients safely to appointments and errands, maintaining a clean driving record.
