2997300570-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Osprey Management seeks a Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee operations across several construction-related communities and project locations. In this role, you'll coordinate on-site teams, support project delivery, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and client service. You will manage resident or stakeholder communications, track budgets and schedules, and resolve issues quickly. This position offers close collaboration with leadership, exposure to diverse vertical and infrastructure projects, and opportunities to develop in project management and field operations. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple construction project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Coordinate and supervise on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project objectives and client expectations. Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource allocation, reporting variances and recommending corrective actions. Ensure compliance with contracts, permits, safety regulations, and company policies across all assigned sites. Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders, managing communication, progress updates, and issue resolution. Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and meetings to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to support planning, scheduling, and change management. Track key performance metrics and prepare reports on project progress, safety performance, and operational efficiency.
