Ideal Apartments is seeking a dependable and responsible Apartment Manager to oversee the day-to-day safety, security, and basic operations of our apartment community. This is a live-in position . The selected Manager will be provided with a one-bedroom apartment at no cost , with utilities and internet included , and monthly salary . Position Responsibilities The Apartment Manager will be responsible for:

• Being present at the property seven days a week from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM .
• Ensuring exterior apartment doors and common-area doors are locked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM .
• Responding to emergencies involving the building and/or tenants.
• Collecting monthly rent checks from tenants and submitting all payments to the Managing Agent within 24 hours of receipt .
• Assisting tenants with apartment lockouts when necessary.
• Receiving tenant complaints and reporting them to the maintenance staff or Managing Agent.
• Ensuring tenants follow all applicable House Rules .
• Conducting move-in and move-out inspections.
• Ensuring vacant apartments are clean, maintained, and ready for occupancy.
• Conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly apartment inspections as required.
• Monitoring weather conditions and ensuring sidewalks are cleared and salted as needed.
• Cooperating with Supported Living Providers and their staff while respecting their role and responsibilities. Qualifications & Requirements The ideal candidate will be:
• Dependable and responsible.
• Able to respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Comfortable interacting professionally with tenants, maintenance personnel, Managing Agents, and service providers.
• Able to enforce property rules fairly and respectfully.
• Organized and capable of completing required inspections and documentation.
• Available to maintain the required overnight presence at the property.

Required screening includes:

• Background check.
• Pre-employment drug screening.
• Random drug screening as required.
• Background screening for any approved individual providing Manager coverage. Compensation & Benefits
