Duties:
Assist the Community Manager in day to day tasks- Take the lead on all front-of-the house tasks and operation.
Requirements:
Resman Experience a plus. Student housing experience a plus. Previous experience in leasing or management required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
