Duties:
Assist the Community Manager in day to day tasks
  • Take the lead on all front-of-the house tasks and operation.
\ Handle Delinquency and Rent Collection Oversee move ins and achieve company standards set forth regarding resident satisfaction Walk units and track on-site make ready processes and procedures. Set availability dates and walk units to ensure availability and compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in prospect outreach marketing and provide daily reports to Community Manager and Regional Community Manager. Assist in training and leasing compliance Coordinate move-in and move-out processes and procedures for student housing community. Engage residents with weekly events and assist with resident concerns within 24 business hours.
Requirements:
Resman Experience a plus. Student housing experience a plus. Previous experience in leasing or management required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
