Assistant Property Manager Young Management Corporation Springfield, MO Job Details Full-time From $20 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications LIHTC Customer service In-person customer service Property leasing Section 8 Property management Full Job Description The Assistant Property Manager will oversee day to day administrative and clerical tasks as well as support the Property Manager with the operation of the site management office including marketing, leasing units, collecting rents, meeting the needs of tenants, and dispatching maintenance personnel. Position Responsibilities Keep regularly scheduled office hours, keep files well organized and neat, maintain a professional attitude and appearance in the office. Ensure that residents' needs are met. Plan resident activities and attend all management-sponsored resident activities. Inspect units before a tenant moves in and after a tenant moves out. Audit files for inspections. Assist in conducting orientation of apartments for new residents and follow-up with a personal visit. Assist with collecting monthly payments and security deposits. Assist with recording, dispatching, and following-up on service requests. Obtain signatures from tenants for Annual Recertification Final Lease and signing leases. Other duties as assigned.
