This role requires a confident leader who thrives in organized chaos, understands how to balance leasing momentum with operational excellence, and knows how to build strong onsite teams while maintaining high standards. The ideal candidate is decisive, resident-focused, metrics-driven, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a demanding environment. Salary Starting at $65,000/year based on experience Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations of a busy multifamily community during lease-up and ongoing stabilization Drive leasing performance, occupancy growth, and renewal strategies while managing high resident turnover Coach, develop, and hold accountable onsite staff including leasing, maintenance, and support teams Ensure consistent execution of leasing, resident retention, and customer service standards Oversee rent collections, delinquency control, and compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain strong communication with ownership and regional leadership, providing accurate reporting and insights Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and property expenses to meet budget expectations Ensure the property is well-maintained, market-ready, and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations Address resident concerns professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary Support marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and leasing events to maintain momentum during lease-up Qualifications 8+ years of multifamily property management experience, including lease-ups and/or high-turnover communities Proven success managing occupancy, NOI, and operational performance in fast-paced environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and stabilize onsite teams Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance metrics Proficient in Onesite, BI, and Microsoft Office Ability to remain calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented under pressure Flexible schedule with availability to support business needs, including occasional evenings or weekends What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package Career growth opportunities within a growing organization Supportive leadership team with clear expectations and accountability PK Housing is an Equal Opportunity Employer!
