Summary We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team at our Lagniappe of Biloxi location. This role is essential in supporting the property management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our residential community. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service to our clients. Responsibilities of what your day might look like: Assist in the daily operations of property management activities. Maintain accurate records of tenant information and lease agreements. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution. Support leasing efforts by conducting property tours and following up with leads. Assist in the preparation of reports regarding occupancy, financials, and maintenance needs. Collaborate with the property manager on administrative tasks and compliance matters. Deliver late rent letters and notices to vacate, and contact those who have unpaid/owed rent. Assist in the eviction process and follow policies for local municipalities in a timely manner. Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations. We're looking for you if: Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building. Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Some things we can't live without: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license.
