Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial or residential properties. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Oversee the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems, plumbing, and low/high voltage systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures using software to optimize equipment uptime. Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, managing timelines, budgets, and contractor relationships effectively. Conduct engineering troubleshooting for mechanical issues, and mechanical knowledge to diagnose problems accurately. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular inspections, maintaining safety records, and training staff on proper procedures. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, safety protocols, schematics, and repair procedures to ensure operational excellence. Experience Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams in manufacturing or industrial environments. Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, electrical systems troubleshooting (high voltage and low voltage), plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance practices. Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple facilities projects simultaneously. Familiarity with RM software for scheduling maintenance tasks and tracking work orders. Hands-on experience with electrical testing tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters; ability to read schematics accurately. Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial facilities and mechanical systems repair. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams effectively while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
