Job Description
We are looking for a Property Manager at The Vineyard at Castlewoods Apartments Homes. This individual should have experience in Price Optimization software and be able to assist in determining rates, marketing, and filling vacancies. Experience handling resident complaints and overseeing maintenance. YARDI experience, CRM experience, and Rent Cafe experience is preferred. Ability to travel as needed to attend training classes or work at other properties if needed to assist. The salary is negotiable and is based on experience and leadership skills.
