Duties Monitor access points to control entry and exit for residents, visitors, contractors, and service providers Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address potential security concerns Utilize CCTV surveillance systems to observe activity and ensure property safety Perform background checks on new visitors or contractors as required for security clearance Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary Manage conflict situations with professionalism and calmness, de-escalating disputes effectively Operate security equipment such as Taser, AED (Automated External Defibrillator), and CCTV systems to enhance safety measures Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance technology including CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation, and first aid is preferred Ability to perform manual handling tasks and heavy lifting safely when required for equipment or incident response Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Experience performing background checks and screening procedures for visitors or staff Familiarity with security tools such as Taser devices and CCTV monitoring systems is advantageous Join us in creating a secure environment where residents feel protected and valued.
