Property Maintenance Professional Genesis Land & Property Management, LLC Job Summary Genesis Land & Property Management, LLC is seeking a dependable, motivated Property Maintenance Professional to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining residential and commercial properties to a high standard. Our property services include flower bed and lawn maintenance, plant care, irrigation, seasonal color and container installations, hardscaping, and general exterior property upkeep. We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, attentive to detail, and capable of traveling between multiple properties throughout the workday. Experience is preferred, but we are also interested in candidates who are willing to learn and take genuine pride in quality work. Responsibilities Perform routine flower bed maintenance, including weeding, edging, pruning, deadheading, cleanup, and mulch/pine straw installation Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing, and general turf care Assist with plant installation and ongoing care of shrubs, annuals, perennials, and ornamental plants Assist with irrigation system maintenance, troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs Install and maintain seasonal color displays and container gardens Assist with hardscape projects, including pavers, stone, borders, pathways, drainage improvements, and similar installations Perform seasonal property cleanups and property preparation Identify maintenance needs while servicing client properties and communicate them appropriately Safely operate and maintain lawn and property-maintenance equipment Load, unload, and transport plants, soil, mulch, stone, tools, equipment, and other materials Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Travel efficiently from property to property throughout the workday Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, clients, and vendors Follow company standards for workmanship, safety, and property care Qualifications Valid driver's license preferred Ability to reliably travel from one client property to another throughout the workday Dependable transportation and ability to report to assigned properties as scheduled Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities across multiple properties Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and recognize maintenance needs without constant supervision Professional and respectful when working on clients' properties Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Property or grounds maintenance Lawn and turf maintenance Horticulture or plant care Flower bed maintenance Irrigation Hardscaping Seasonal color installation Container gardening Outdoor construction or property improvement Candidates with transferable skills are encouraged to apply even if they do not have experience in every area listed.
