Job Description

Job Summary Property Manager - Class A Multifamily Community We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at our premier Class A apartment community. If you thrive on delivering a five-star resident experience and have a track record managing upscale, amenity-rich properties, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years managing a Class A multifamily property (required — no exceptions) Strong financial acumen: budgeting, variance reporting, NOI performance Proven leasing and renewal strategy in a competitive luxury market Excellent team leadership and vendor management skills Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio)
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
