Job Description House Manager / Residential Manager Location Great Falls, Montana Department Residential Services Schedule Full-time; on-call and emergency response as assigned Annual salary $45,760 About the role Infinity Healthcare Services is seeking a House Manager to lead the daily operations of a residential home serving adults with developmental disabilities. The House Manager supports a safe, weing home w residents' needs, choices, rights, and goals guide their care. This position supervises home staff, coordinates schedules and services, maintains accurate records, and addresses concerns promptly. The House Manager reports to residential leadership and is accountable for following through on the home's daily operations. Responsibilities Lead daily home operations and maintain a clean, safe, and weing environment. Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals and other assigned staff. Coordinate schedules, staffing coverage, shift handoffs, and responses to call-offs. Ensure staff follow each resident's current support plan, health protocols, behavior support plan, and supervision requirements. Monitor resident health, safety, appointments, medication support,munity participation, and quality of life. Review service notes, medication records, incident reports, and other required documentation for accuracy and timelypletion. Prepare the home and its records for inspections, audits, and quality reviews. Track concerns and corrective actions throughpletion, escalating issues when needed. Coordinate food, household supplies, maintenance needs, and approved purchases. Communicate professionally with residents, families, guardians, case managers, healthcare providers, staff, andpany leadership. Respond to urgent staffing, health, safety, and operational needs, including assigned on-call responsibilities. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Experience supporting people with developmental disabilities required. At least two years of supervisory or management experience in residential services, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred. Ability to lead staff, manage schedules, respond to emergencies, review records, meet deadlines, andmunicate clearly. Ability toplete and maintain required screenings, training, certifications, and job-specificpetencies. Reliable transportation. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required when transportation is part of the assignment. Training and work environment The House Manager mustplete required orientation and training and ensure that assigned staff remain qualified for their duties. Work may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, on-call coverage, and emergency response. The role may involve standing, walking, personal-care assistance, mobility support, emergency response, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
