Compensation:
$25-$30 per hour, DOE About the Role We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to help maintain the grounds and residential facilities of our 2-acre event venue. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a well-kept property, and has a strong general maintenance skill set. Hours are flexible to fit your schedule, with seasonal variation based on property needs. Key Responsibilities Grounds & Landscaping
  • Mow, edge, and maintain the lawn on a regular schedule.
  • Weed garden beds, walkways, and landscaped areas.
  • Care for and maintain trees, including pruning and general upkeep.
  • Maintain fencing, driveways, and parking areas around the property, including inspections and minor repairs.
  • Remove yard waste and haul debris and garbage to the dump as needed. Seasonal Maintenance
  • Snow and ice removal from driveways, walkways, and entry areas during winter months
  • Leaf removal and seasonal cleanup year-round Residential & Facility Maintenance
  • Perform basic plumbing repairs (leaks, fixtures, minor installations)
  • Maintain, repair, and adjust the sprinkler/irrigation system.
  • Handle general residential maintenance tasks as they arise. Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in residential maintenance
  • Experience with plumbing or sprinkler/irrigation systems
  • Experience with landscaping and tree care
  • Reliable personal truck for hauling waste and equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to pass a criminal background check.
  • Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, someone we can rely on Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience maintaining an event venue, rental property, or similar facility.
  • Basic carpentry, electrical, or handyman skills
  • Familiarity with small-engine equipment (mowers, trimmers, snow blowers) What We Offer
