We are committed to creating exceptional guest experiences, with homes that are pristine, beautifully presented, and fully ready for every arrival. We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage our cleaners, oversee quality control, and keep cleaning operations running smoothly across our properties. Since site visits happen regularly, you must be within a 30-minute drive to Durham, Raleigh, and West Cary. Responsibilities Recruit, vet, hire, and onboard excellent cleaners through Turno and other channels Train, manage, and motivate cleaning teams while maintaining consistently high standards Conduct regular and unannounced quality-control inspections Ensure every home is pristine, properly stocked, and guest-ready before check-in Address cleaning issues quickly and coordinate return visits or corrections when needed (within 1-2 hours of guest complaint), even if you have to go to the property personally Maintain reliable primary and backup cleaners for each property Manage linen, cleaning supply, and guest supply inventory Track inventory, place orders, maintain appropriate stock levels, and control unnecessary spending Identify and document guest damage or missing items with clear photos and details for our team to submit to Airbnb for reimbursement Communicate clearly and consistently with our remote team through Slack and Asana Keep tasks, issues, and follow-ups organized so nothing falls through the cracks Order supplies for the house Qualifications Experience supervising cleaners, housekeeping teams, or vacation-rental turnovers Experience with Airbnb, vacation rentals, hotels, or high-end residential cleaning Experience with Turno strongly preferred Excellent eye for detail and very high cleanliness standards Strong leadership and communication skills Highly organized, dependable, and proactive Comfortable managing inventory, purchasing, and multiple properties Able to motivate cleaners while holding them accountable Comfortable using technology and project-management tools such as Slack and Asana Reliable transportation and ability to travel between Raleigh, Cary, and Durham properties. Located within 30 minutes of the properties. This role has the opportunity to grow over time for the right person. As you become familiar with our homes and operations, we would love to expand the position into additional property-management responsibilities such as coordinating maintenance, scheduling vendors, and helping oversee other property needs. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and can create a cleaning operation that is organized, reliable, and consistently excellent.
