Job Description

Affordable Housing Community Manager Pay:
$52,000 per Year Partnership Property Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 144-unit affordable housing community in Concord, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance, resident relations, occupancy management, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all day-to-day property operations.
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Fair Housing, and company policies.
  • Oversee leasing, recertifications, and general office administration.
  • Monitor occupancy levels and implement leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy.
  • Respond to residents' concerns and promote positive resident relations.
  • Prepare for agency inspections, audits, and file reviews. Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
  • Experience with LIHTC compliance and recertifications.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing, HUD, and affordable housing regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
