The ideal candidate will have commercial real estate experience, strong negotiation and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Tenant-side experience is preferred; however, landlord-side experience is also acceptable. What You Will Do Review and negotiate lease renewals for existing retail locations. Monitor lease expirations and develop timely renewal and action plans. Review co-tenancy provisions and address actual or potential violations. Evaluate kickout provisions and negotiate available options. Communicate with landlords and property representatives regarding lease terms and compliance matters. Maintain accurate records of negotiations, critical dates, and lease-related decisions. Partner with the Real Estate and Leasing team and other internal stakeholders to resolve lease issues and protect company interests.
