Position Overview The Operations & Property Manager will be responsible for supporting and managing daily operations, tenant relations, leasing coordination, property inspections, maintenance follow-up, owner communication, and portfolio growth. This is a field and operations-based role requiring leadership, accountability, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day property operations Coordinate maintenance and vendors Conduct property inspections and walkthroughs Support tenant communication and issue resolution Assist with leasing and occupancy growth Coordinate move-ins and move-outs Maintain strong communication with property owners Help grow the portfolio and local operations Ensure high operational standards across properties Support business expansion initiatives in North Carolina Requirements Experience in Property Management, Leasing, Operations, or Real Estate Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly Professional attitude and leadership mindset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware or similar platforms is a plus Leasing and customer service experience preferred Compensation Competitive base salary Performance bonuses Leasing commissions Growth incentives Long-term career opportunity within TLC Homes US What We Are Looking For We are not simply hiring an employee.
