Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring that all administrative functions are performed effectively. Duties Rental office or management background required, preferably with experience in Section 8 and HUD documentations. Must be reliable, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented, and able to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures, and governmental regulations. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant rental management programs desired. Pleasant personality and ability to communicate effectively with management, co-workers, and tenants from a variety of backgrounds is necessary. We would expect a professional appearance, positive "can do" attitude, stable work history and excellent past employer references. Background check and drug test required if hired. Skills
- Proficient in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of facilities management practices is advantageous.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
