Assistant Manager Jacksonville, NC | Full-Time | $15.00/hour+ (Based on Experience) Looking for a career with growth potential? Express Employment Professionals is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Assistant Manager who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team.
Schedule Monday-Friday:
9:00 AM - 6:00
PM Saturday:
8:00 AM - 2:00
PM Sunday:
Closed Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers Serving as the first point of contact in person, over the phone, and through email Processing lease agreements, payments, auctions, and move-out transactions Accurately handling and balancing cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payments Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility environment (mixed indoor/outdoor work environment) Completing daily and weekly reports using Microsoft Office programs Learning and utilizing company software systems Working independently while assisting with day-to-day operational needs Must be able to walk, bend, crouch, push, pull, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Retail, property management, storage, hospitality, or related experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and email platforms Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Willingness to maintain facility cleanliness inside and outside the property Flexible schedule with availability to work Saturdays Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to perform some physical duties such as cleaning, vacuuming, lifting, and general facility upkeep
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
