This is a hands-on leadership role for a highly organized and personable professional. The Club Manager is the face of the facility and works on the floor daily, leading by example. With a small team of staff members, this role requires a "player-coach" mentality: you will work alongside your staff, sell memberships, manage operations, and drive community engagement. You are responsible for ensuring every member feels valued, every corner of the club is clean, and the business continues to grow through strategic local marketing.

Pay:

$15.00 - $27.88 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
