A Residential Community Manager manages operations for an apartment community. Responsible for the maintenance and profitability of the apartment community. May provide information about the community to prospective residents, troubleshoot issues with the buildings and community residents. May also review and approve new lease applications, or be responsible for negotiating and closing sales.

We are seeking a Qualified Professional (QP) who is ready to take an active, hands-on leadership role across both residential (group home) and community-based services . Important Position Expectation This role requires residential competency, flexibility, and willingness to assist with residential staffing coverage and operational support when needed. Candidates should be comfortable working directly in residential settings, supporting staff, responding to service needs, and helping ensure continuity of care. This is not a remote or desk-only case management position. This is a field-based leadership role supporting individuals wherever they live, work, and engage in their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with residential operational needs and staffing support as necessary. Participate in incident follow-up, service coordination, and problem-solving efforts. Ensure compliance with ISP requirements, documentation standards, and NC regulations. Conduct in-person visits, observations, and service monitoring in homes and community locations. Monitor quality of care and provide coaching/training to staff. Collaborate with families, guardians, healthcare providers, and community partners
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field. Minimum 2 years of direct experience with individuals with IDD. Minimum 1 year experience overseeing residential group home services. Ability and willingness to work across both residential and community settings on a regular basis. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, registration, and insurance .
