The groundwork is done. Now we need a sales leader to push it further. We're hiring a Sales Manager to take ownership of our property management sales team. You'll manage a group of Account Executives who are already selling into this space, and you'll be accountable for the next phase of growth: sharper execution, bigger accounts, and a bigger footprint. The Products in Your Team's Bag Tenant Screening — identity, credit, criminal, and eviction reports that help leasing teams make confident decisions, fast Income & Employment Verification — confirming what applicants say about their income and jobs before the lease is signed Payment Experience Data — a proprietary database of tenant payment history that competitors simply don't have access to Third-Party Collections — recovery services built specifically for rental receivables, structured to protect resident relationships while getting money back Platform Integrations — the Rental Exchange plugs directly into the property management software our customers already run, so screening results and collections activity show up without anyone leaving their usual workflow Your Day-to-Day Own the revenue number for the property management vertical and build the team plan to hit it Manage, coach, and develop the Account Executives on your team — pipeline discipline, deal strategy, and skill-building Work in-person at our corporate offices in Winterville, NC.
