Fargo, ND Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Retirement plan Qualifications Computer operation Computer literacy Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations Property maintenance Driver's License Computer skills Appointment scheduling Time management Full Job Description Responsibilities Assist fellow Property Manager in daily operations Schedule and conduct showings for potential renters Answer leads (email and phone) Build and maintain professional relationships with tenants Resolve tenant issues, complaints, concerns Oversee maintenance team Inspect units during move out/move in dates and annual inspections Maintain/organize tenant files via Property Management Software Help with care of Airbnb/vrbo bookings Requirements Prior work experience in property management is a plus Familiarity with HUD compliance, laws, and regulations Strong knowledge of operating a computer Excellent time management Self Motivated in completing tasks Excellent communication and problem solving skills Ability to work individually as well as in a team setting Must have valid driver's license and vehicle.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
