Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead property operations, enhance tenant relations, and ensure the seamless management of leasing, maintenance, and financial activities. Duties Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Oversee lease or rental agreement management, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Utilize property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite to track financials, occupancy rates, and maintenance requests. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to maintain optimal conditions. Handle client communication with professionalism via phone, email, and in person, ensuring exceptional customer service. Enforce Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant laws, and Section 8 policies while managing tenant issues or disputes. Prepare budgets, financial reports, and conduct conflict management to resolve issues efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with familiarity using Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management software. Strong knowledge of Landlord-Tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and Section 8 housing programs. Excellent customer service skills paired with effective negotiation and conflict management abilities. Experience managing lease agreements, contracts, and property maintenance operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with property management tools like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead a collaborative team environment. Office experience including filing, client communication, and conflict resolution is highly desirable.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
