Job Description
As a Residential Supervisor , you will develop and lead team members to deliver quality services that help support individuals to learn, grow, and live their best possible lives and thrive as members of their community! This is a salaried position requiring evening and weekend availability, and will be part of the weekend On-Call rotation for the agency once trained. What You'll do Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management Support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene Run errands such as shopping and going to appointments Encourage and foster individuals' hobbies and interests Provide habilitation & documentation Follow health & safety protocols Engage and coach Direct Support Professionals Manage & Oversee Residential Home What You'll need 1 Year experience in field of intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral services Must be 19 years of age or older High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Reliable vehicle to transport during shift Pass all background checks Full range of motion, physical strength, and the ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications Benefits While using your experience, talents, and passion to fulfill our Mission, CSN will support you to learn more about your strengths and how to use them to develop personal and professional growth.
