As a property manager, you will oversee the daily and long-term operations of your assigned properties. The successful candidate will understand financial statements, be able to create a budget, understand association legal documents & laws, be capable of effectively working with contractors & overseeing projects, and be eager to assist unit owners & tenants with various requests. Full Job Description Perform property inspections to determine needed repairs, assess condition of landscaping/snow removal, and take note of any community policy violations. Solicit and review contracts for services such as landscaping, snow removal, and trash removal. Ensure the proper insurance coverage is in place and handle association insurance claims. Oversee projects. Attend association meetings, including after-hours meetings. Prepare annual association budgets & review monthly financial statements. Review & approve association invoices. Organize and file all necessary reports and paperwork. Update association web pages. Send notifications to unit owners and tenants. Assist unit owners and tenants with issues and questions. Respond to all phone and email messages in a timely manner. Job Type Full time, in-person Benefits 401(k) with matching. Paid vacation & sick time. Paid holidays. Requirements At least three years of property management experience. Valid driver's license & dependable transportation.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
