This part-time Property Manager opportunity offers approximately 24 hours per week in the Nashua, NH area with a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on affordable housing. Candidates must be available to start ASAP and work onsite beginning at 8:30 AM, with scheduling options of either 5 shorter days or 3 full days per week. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with standard background screening. Job Responsibilities Market available units and manage leasing processes Qualify applicants in accordance with HUD and LIHTC guidelines Oversee unit turnovers, move-outs, and occupancy readiness Handle rent collection and manage eviction processes as needed Supervise routine maintenance and overall property upkeep Maintain an organized office environment and accurate records Communicate effectively with residents and resolve concerns Respond to emergencies and support community needs Candidate Qualifications Required experience with HUD and LIHTC affordable housing programs Prior supervisory experience, including oversight of administrative and maintenance staff Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, especially with elderly populations Knowledge of tenant/landlord laws and compliance standards High ethical standards and strong organizational abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Yardi or similar property management software Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
